So what exactly is PVC? PVC, the full name for Polyvinylchlorid, the main ingredient is polyvinyl chloride, add other ingredients to enhance its heat resistance, toughness, ductility and so on. The top layer of this surface film is paint, the main ingredient in the middle is polyvinyl chloride, and the bottom layer is the back coating adhesive. It is one of the most popular and widely used synthetic materials in the world today. Its global use is the second highest in a variety of synthetic materials. According to statistics, in just 1995 years, PVC production in Europe is about 5 million tons, and its consumption is 5.3 million tons. In Germany, the average production and consumption of PVC is 1.4 million tonnes. PVC is being produced and applied worldwide with a growth rate of 4%. The growth of PVC in south-East Asia has been particularly significant, thanks to the urgent need for infrastructure construction in Southeast Asian countries.

PVC is the most suitable material in materials that can produce three-dimensional surface film. PVC can be divided into soft PVC and hard PVC. One of the hard PVC accounted for about 2/3 of the market, soft PVC accounted for 1/3. Soft PVC is generally used in floors, ceilings and leather surface, but because the soft PVC contains softener (this is the difference between soft PVC and hard PVC), easy to become brittle, not easy to save, so its use range has been limited. Hard PVC does not contain softener, so flexibility, easy to shape, not brittle, non-toxic non-polluting, save a long time, so it has great development and application value. The following are referred to as PVC. The essence of PVC is a vacuum blister film, used for various types of surface packaging panels, it is also known as decorative film, adhesive film, used in building materials, packaging, medicine and many other industries. One of the building materials industry accounted for the largest proportion of 60%, followed by the packaging industry, there are a number of other small areas of application of the industry.
